"The home was immaculate, clean and had so many fun activities. The backyard was like our own adult playground. The home was spacious with a great deal of space in both the common area as well as 4 large bedrooms all with king size beds. Kitchen was well furnished & had everything we needed." Welcome to our fun & bright abode in N. Scottsdale - perfectly appointed for guests to have the best time vacationing with family, friends, colleagues, golf trip buddies...etc.
Pool was just resurfaced (December 2023) with pebble tec and new tile.
Pool is HEATED & is available upon request from October-end of April. Pool heating it is an additional cost of $75/day for a minimum of 3 days or $450/week. We need minimum 48 hour notice if you want the pool heated, it takes time, especially in the middle of winter. If you opt to have the pool heated, it will be controlled by management. Please understand that a pool heater can only do so much when temperatures drop into the 50's and there isn't a pool cover.
Fabulous bright and fun home located in North Scottsdale has 4 bedrooms, each with a comfortable king bed with fresh linens and pillows. Extra linens are available for each bed. Roku TV's can be found in the main living room, game room & all 4 bedrooms. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Paper products are supplied for up to a 3-5 day stay, beyond that you will need to supply your own depending on level of use. Both bathrooms have gorgeous freshly remodeled step-in showers.

Dogs are allowed for an additional fee. Two dogs max. Some restrictions apply - please inquire.
Pools floats & toys for guest use. New propane grill is perfect for grilling burgers poolside while you lounge in one of the poolside chaise lounges or 8 Adirondack chairs around the backyard. Large 10ft umbrella is perfect for providing some shade.
Everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay is provided. All kitchen amenities you could need, including a dual Kcup & 12 cup drip coffee maker. There is a pantry for food storage. Laundry room with brand new washer & dryer is available for guest use.
High speed wifi throughout the home. Each room has a ceiling fan and it's own smart TV.
Garage is available for guest use and can fit two cars, and two cars can easily fit in the driveway.
Home is conducive to a long term stay, please inquire if you are looking for a longer term stay.
Pool is heated for an additional fee noted above. Pool is professionally serviced once a week. Home & property has professional pest control & landscaping once a month.

Summary: This is an ideal property for families with children of all ages. We were 3 generations staying here. The home itself was immaculate with up to date accoutrements while making sure there was enough for children to have fun. Be it the full size ping pong table inside, the putting green, bocce ball, pool and many other games we all had FUN. The location is great and Hayley is an excellent host.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family, had everything we needed, and we loved staying here! Everything was brand new, sparkling clean & very organized. Rooms were well appointed, decor cheerful, and overall accommodations super comfortable. Lots of fluffy towels in bathrooms and everything we needed in the kitchen. House stocked with fun games and activities, we especially enjoyed playing ping pong. Although cooler temps didn't allow us to enjoy the pool, it did provide a pretty view, including at night with the twinkly lights, we did see some spectacular sunsets out back. Great location close to attractions, shopping, yoga studios, coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, we'd stay here again!
